자주 묻는 질문

이름·회사가 다른 칸에 들어가요.
명함 디자인에 따라 자동 분류가 틀릴 수 있어요. 확인 화면에서 칸을 눌러 고친 뒤 저장해 주세요. 맨 아래 "인식된 글자 보기"에서 읽은 글자를 확인할 수 있어요.

다른 기기에 명함이 안 보여요.
두 기기가 같은 Apple 계정으로 iCloud에 로그인되어 있고, 설정 → [사용자 이름] → iCloud에서 명함모여가 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요. 앱 설정 화면에서 동기화 상태를 볼 수 있어요.

어떻게 찍나요?
명함을 화면에 비추면 테두리를 잡아 자동으로 찍어요. 찍을 때 화면이 깜빡이고 진동으로 알려 줘요. 이 앱은 종이 명함만 찍어요.

연락처에도 넣을 수 있나요?
명함 상세에서 "연락처에 저장"을 누르면 그 명함만 연락처에 추가돼요.

FAQ

A name or company landed in the wrong field.
Card layouts vary, so automatic sorting can be wrong. Tap the field on the review screen to fix it before saving. "Recognized text" at the bottom shows exactly what was read.

Cards don't appear on my other device.
Make sure both devices are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account and that Card Moyeo is turned on in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. The app's Settings screen shows the sync status.

How does scanning work?
Point the camera at a card; it finds the edges and captures automatically, with an on-screen flash and haptic feedback. The app is only for paper business cards.

Can I add a card to Contacts?
Tap "Save to Contacts" on a card to add just that card.
